These Membership Terms apply to all Section 59 Club Ltd members.
Membership status
Section 59 operates as a private members’ club. Membership is granted at the discretion of Section 59 Club Ltd and is subject to approval.
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Eligibility
To be eligible for membership, applicants must:
- Have attended a minimum of three official Section 59 ride-outs, or
- Be personally known to at least two existing Section 59 members
Applications that do not meet these criteria may be declined without explanation.
Membership benefits
Membership benefits may include:
- Access to members-only content and areas
- Eligibility for member discounts and offers
- Access to exclusive merchandise
- Invitations to members-only events
Benefits may change over time at the club’s discretion.
Membership fees
- Membership fees are payable as advertised at the time of application or renewal
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- Renewal pricing may differ from initial membership pricing
Conduct
Members are expected to act responsibly and respectfully, both online and at events. Section 59 Club Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or damaging to the club or its reputation.
Termination
Membership may be terminated:
- By the member at any time
- By Section 59 Club Ltd at its discretion
Termination does not entitle the member to a refund of fees paid.
Changes to membership terms
Membership terms may be updated from time to time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
